The management is like the gustapo. They are friendly until you sign the lease. The grounds are beautiful and right on the Burke-Gillman trail. The parking is poor. It is fairly quiet. The maintenance is average. The prices are about 15% to 20% higher than comparable units in the area after factoring in horrible management and everything else.

Why are you living here then? And also, I believe the maintenance here is probably the best I've ever seen. I know almost all of them and they are more than willing to help when a problem occurs. They are friendly and kind. What do you expect? Someone to wait on you hand and foot? Take that silver spoon out of your mouth..

When repairs were made, paint was dripped all over, dirt was in a replaced microwave, but the management was a terrible experience and I get along with EVERYBODY.... and that is why we moved and love where we are now.... :)
