Terrible Leasing Office Manager

Dealing with the leasing office manager is the hardest thing you'll need to do here at Avignon. She is accusatory and will never let you finish a sentence. My friend was astounded to see how she was and opted to rent Avalon Park Square down the street. No one wants to be treated this way after paying over $2,000 a month rent.
So many dog owners are not picking after their pets, making a stroll on a nice day a very unpleasant one.
The appliances are bottom of the line and noises are so big that you can barely hear yourself while the dishwasher is on.

I have to disagree with your review. The leasing manager is a very kind lady. All conversations go both ways, were you perhaps rude to her? And I highly doubt that SO MANY dog owners aren't picking up after their pets. If everyone with a dog didn't pick up their dog's poo then the whole ground would be covered in it. I'm sure you just saw one pile and are overreacting. Lastly, you are renting for crying out loud. What do you expect? To live as though you are in your own house. You live in a community with other people, and the world doesn't revolve around your needs. Sorry but true. If you have a problem with the appliances being noisy, then buy your own new ones and have the maintenance crew install them, my old roommate did that. All in all, don't complain about stuff that you have the ability to change. And get over it.

Nasty response ... makes me wonder if the manager herself posted it. I had the same experience with the manager. Accusatory, wouldn't let me finish my sentences and then yelled at me claiming I was yelling at her (my grown son was standing next to me and couldn't believe her attitude either) -- This was on the phone and when I calmly asked her to stop accusing but rather send me proof she hung up! Be aware when moving out... and get a throughout walk through report signed by management. Our's didn't or couldn't do a walk through and now claims all kinds of damages with were non existant!

I agree too, the manager is the most obnoxious and rude person you can encounter. The maintenance "manager" is another case, hes just part of the same clan. There was just one kind and decent person in their office. A woman name Alicia who was a leasing rep. Other than that all of them were terrible. Be also prpared to pay for unjustified charges like paint and carpet! which are sopposed to be part of your rent as your contract stipulates. This is normal wear and tear. They end behabing like thiefs after you move out. Also, keep in mind that the move out notice has to be done 20 days before the first day of your intended vacate month. That is, if your contract expires on the 25th of a month (say September) you have to let them know by the 10th of August! else they will charge you an additional month of rent (or at least try to) DO NOT RENT THERE!!! Go elswhere.
