I have a 2 bed, 2 bath, 2 car, 2 story townhouse that I love.
I'm not really sure why we got it at the price we did but after talking with neighbors it's a great price.
This is my second time living at this community.
Around 10 years ago my parents lived here for 3 months while we were waiting to move into a house.
Both my experiences with this place have been extremely positive.
The people that live here are mostly families with young children so I feel like my wife and I fit right in with our first child on the way this November 09.
I can not believe how quiet it is during the day and the night.
People are very respectful of each out so I really do appreciate that.
This the first place I had a garage and I hope I never have to go with out one again.
I can't believe I was paying more at other place without a garage.
A bonus here is that they rent out A/C units.
As I'm writing this we are experiencing 100 degree heat wave and I am so glad we have the A/C.
The windows actually do a good job of blocking out noise such as a lawnmower or leave blower.
Not to mention the maintenance crew does not do grounds maintenance at 7am in the morning which I hated at 2 other complexes I've lived at.
They wait until after 9am during the weekdays when most people are gone at work.
The pool and workout area is very nice.
I wish they had a little more tables and chairs around the pool but we can live with out.
I really do like the two BBQ there.
They are used pretty often so sometimes there can be a line waiting for them.
Either way I'm willing to wait vs.
spending $200-300 on my own.
The only thing I do not like about this community is the limited parking.
Yes you can park out on 160th Ave NE but depending on where you townhouse is it can be a semi-long walk.
They have these grass island that I guess would be nice for kids to play on but few kids ever do.
Seems like they would be better used for parking.
Other then that I highly recommend this place.
**Update 3/29/2010**
We are about to renew are lease.
We wanted to know if the price was going up and they say absolutely not.
They also offered $1000 off our first month if we renewed the lease.
As I said before, I love this place and highly recommend it.
I know the prices are much higher if you are moving in but it is really worth it.
This place is so much better then the other apartments around Redmond.

This post is so untrue- read the real ones from people who actually LIVE there (not work for this company). The noise is horrible! The staff is terrible! Read the majority of the posts and look at the grades and you'll see that this is a phony posting!

This post totally sounds as though it were written by the staff of Avignon. The noise is horrible. Not from the neighbors, but from the children, lots and lots of children. If you want to feel as though you're living in the middle of a playground then this is the place for you. If you value the peace and quiet you are paying for, then look elsewhere.
