I have a 2 bed, 2 bath, 2 car, 2 story townhouse that I love. I'm not really sure why we got it at the price we did but after talking with neighbors it's a great price. This is my second time living at this community. Around 10 years ago my parents lived here for 3 months while we were waiting to move into a house. Both my experiences with this place have been extremely positive. The people that live here are mostly families with young children so I feel like my wife and I fit right in with our first child on the way this November. I can not believe how quiet it is during the day and the night. People are very respectful of each out so I really do appreciate that. This the first place I had a garage and I hope I never have to go with out one again. I can't believe I was paying more at other place without a garage. A bonus here is that they rent out A/C units. As I'm writing this we are experiencing 100 degree heat wave and I am so glad we have the A/C.

The windows actually do a good job of blocking out noise such as a lawnmower or leave blower. Not to mention the maintenance crew does not do grounds maintenance at 7am in the morning which I hated at 2 other complexes I've lived at. They wait until after 9am during the weekdays when most people are gone at work.

The pool and workout area is very nice. I wish they had a little more tables and chairs but we can live with out. I really do like the two BBQ there. They are used pretty often so sometimes there can be a line waiting for them. Either way I'm willing to wait vs. spending $200-300 on my own.

The only thing I do not like about this community is the limited parking. Yes you can park out on 160th Ave NE but depending on where you townhouse is it can be a semi-long walk. They have these grass island that I guess would be nice for kids to play on but few kids ever do. Seems like they would be better used for parking.

Other then that I highly recommend this place.
