all comments in this rating, true. all good and bad.
highlights..... One (yes, only one) of management staff is very helpful. she's been here for long time, she is longest one. she is very helpful.
maintenance, they are actually very good. once they got complains or request, they come and friendly. leader (i believe he is...) one is very kind and responsible.
lowlights.... management stuff (except one in highlight) they are all very low quality people, not responsible. this is why the workorder of maintenance is very slow process, so this is not maintenance people's fault i believe.
i've been here for 1 and 6 months. i basically like this place, except those who are not responsible.
rate... believe it is still too high.
