Great place to live (under few circumstances)

Beneath the pretty exterior, lies the truth about Bon Terra living.
Microsoft employees will love it! Well over half of your neighbors also work at Microsoft and treat you like you treat others: they are upscale snobs who think they are better and more important than you are, that the rules don't apply to them, and are always out to prove it.
Bon Terra is the perfect place to never be home, and is even better for night owls and early risers. The ceilings are ultra thin, so the slightest move by your upstairs neighbor is like living under a well-traveled freeway, leaving the only real quiet time between midnight and 5 a.m.
Speaking of freeway, if you feel like living in Redmond is just too suburban for you, think again! Just open a window and listen to one car after another go ripping down your street at 60 mph in a 30 zone with the bass blown way up. It's just like living in downtown Seattle!
If you get in the mood, the drug dealers across the street can help you with probably anything you might want. And if they can't, the meth addicts and other shady characters who frequently hang around the building might be able to hook you up.
Don't let the secured building scare you off! Friends, both wanted and unwanted, find their way in the building all the time because of the many ways to defeat the buildings systems that are often neglected by both the management (often because nobody tells them there is a problem) and the tenants (who do things specifically to defeat the security).
The garage has plenty of spaces to park your overpriced, and often oversized, vehicle. If your friends have cars, they can park in the lot with all the other abandoned vehicles. It's only a two block walk away. Here's hoping their cars aren't as nice as yours!
If you have a dog, Bon Terra can be a fantastic place! You can walk your dogs all around the Bon Terra property with all the people from all the other complexes who come to walk their dogs on the Bon Terra property. And don't worry, nobody here cares if you don't pick up after your animal. Afterall, that requires responsible pet ownership.
We hope you enjoy your stay at Bon Terra

truly unreal. I no longer live at Bonterra but I was there when they were doing the lease up. There arent even any high traffic roads around bonterra, sure you will hear a car every now and then but come on, thats normal Its not as if it sounds like nascar! The building is NOT secured its called controlled access, and that means the residents need to help keep it that way by making sure the doors are shut behind them. I no longer work at Bonterra but I know after 6pm there is not much management can do as far as making sure all the doors are securely shut unless A. they live there and B. even if they do live there they would have to constantly ck the doors and that is NOT their job..There is not ONE person that can say they lived in a building that was 0 secure and I know that because I have worked in more than one controlled access building and it is just something that happens everywhere..Im sure the person writing this doesnt know the difference between a crack dealer and someone who doesnt work at microsoft making 80,000 plus per year..Just because your neighbors dont wear suits and ties and drive a mercedes doesnt make them crack dealers, get used to urban diversity its actually nice. I have personally gone by the property just to see how it has progressed in the last year and not one time did I have to worry about stepping in dog feces, sounds like this person needs to get a life and stop nit picking at every little thing, as far as noise..yes you are going to hear your upstairs neighbor from time to time, It not a house, but I know for a fact that the building was built with reinforced concrete so that it would not be as loud as other buildings..sounds like this person needs to be living in a retirement home! I only lived at BonTerra for a few months but it is a beautiful well managed building and you couldnt ask for a better more involved owner! I would reccomend it 0!!
