It's a relatively new apartment complex that is well kept.
Major negative points:
If you aren't on the top floor, you might get a lot of noise from your upstairs neighbor. At first I thought the ceiling was incredibly thin, as the stomping I heard was unbelievable. Like an elephant.
It turns out that it's not the ceiling, it's the neighbor - of the two people who are above me, only one is horribly loud. She stomps and slams drawers and doors endlessly all day, and often late into the night until 2 or 3am - this wakes me up almost nightly. She enjoys running up and down her hall wearing what seems to be cement blocks on her feet. The stomping rattles my the light fixtures in the ceiling and I won't be surprised if one day she falls right through the floor.
I'm not sure how possible it is to check ahead on how loud your neighbors are, but I highly recommend doing so for this complex if you aren't living on the top floor. I've lived in some places with very thin walls and never heard anything remotely as loud as this.
Minor negative points:
Friends often have to park a block or two away.
There's a narrow road (alley) behind the complex that many people seem to enjoy driving down while blasting music.

I think I am in your old apartment... Our upstairs neighbors are incredibly loud. Not TV or yelling loud but they sound like elephants. I considered buying them slippers for the holidays. It's as thought they are wearing stilletoes 24/7 and they never seem to take a break. It's the only negative thing I've experieced so far, though. I can't hear any of my other neighbors or outside noise. The apartment itself is gorgeous.
