Other than the thin walls, no parking for guests, dealers, cops car sirens, street with cars racing by with loud music and new construction you can forget about your re-fundable deposit. You will sign a lease contract for a non-refundable fee of $250.00 and refundable deposit of $250.00.
The surprise charges of extra $140 for cleaning plus re-painting apartment of $170.00 (pro-rated for number of years stayed) is "NORMAL" when you move out. These charges are NOT mentioned when you move in but when you refuse to pay at move out the case is sent direclty to collection agency without any dispute. BEWARE!
Other than that the inside of the apartment is really gorgeous for $1600.00 for a 2 bedroom apartment. Good luck!
