Beautiful apartment, some downfalls

BonTerra is a gorgeous, new complex that has really been built well as apartments go. Several of my neighbors have dogs that I can hear barking in the hallways when I walk by the doors but I hear nothing when I'm in my apartment.
The inside of the apartments are just beautiful. Brand new kitchens with stainless steel appliances, large layouts (perfect for roommates), balconies or decks, en suite bathrooms in some and walk-in closets.
Coming from the East Coast, I'm finding the no air-conditioning a little strange but I will get one myself if needed.
If you're a fan of Directv, don't get an apartment on the back side of the building. They won't give you service. I got stuck with crapcast.
The parking has a little to be desired. You will have an assigned space or tandem spaces in the underground garage but there is very little street for visiting friends.
Some residents and people who live across the street let their dogs out without a leash and without a care about leaving poop everywhere.
So far, the staff have been more than accomodating. There were special circumstances with my move and they were handled with complete professionalism and care.
I would recommend this complex to others.
