nice but expensive

Nice and very conveinent to Microsoft. Expensive, but not too out of line for the area. I had a 6 month lease and was month to month for another year. During that year the rent increased about $100. Facilities are nice, but workout room is poor. I tried for months to get a fan installed in the workout room. When they eventually installed one, it was stollen within a week.
