Nice but expensive

WARNING: You cannot get digital cable or cable modem at this complex. The cable company that it has a contract with is not interested in upgrading the system. Since there has been a shortage in DSL Circuits in the area it is sometimes even impossible to get High speed DSL. So if you require high speed internet access this may not be the complex for you. Despite the cheap constructions I feel it was constructed with more quality than other apts I have lived in. I love my large bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, and two sinks. I love the quiet atmosphere and wildlife that lives in the complex. Very convienent to Microsoft and Hwy 520. The architecture of the interior of the units is creative and stands out from other apts. My current rent is high but not outragious however my initial lease has not expired yet. If the rent raises more than $50 I feel it would be a rip off and would move.
