We moved into this complex earlier this year and we love it. The price was great for this area and the building has a secure entrance so no one will be knocking on your door or in the hallways that doesn't live here already. The landlords are nice and answer phone calls in a timely manner. I can't really hear the neighbors that much...only if the people upstairs drop something! Although the appliances are old, they work well and the apartments are really clean and nice! We're within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and Redmond Towncenter as well. Great location and no complaints! Highly recommended!
