Very nice location and wonderful apartments. Really enjoy the layout of the apartment and the amenities nearby. Customer service is very inconsistent with regards to management; apartment manager does not respond to your inquiries in a timely manner. It is better for residents to speak with maintenance staff for quick resolution to apartment issues. Agree with other reviews that management can be discriminatory and provides lower level of customer service to those that question her behavior and provide constructive feedback. And too, the colors of the complex are very obnoxious. At least you know when you're home...
