I lived at Chelsea Square for a year and a half. The property is close to many Redmond attractions with shopping and entertainment within walking distance. The office staff was always friendly and the service staff attentive.
It's a gated community so parking runs pretty smoothly except for the occassional confusion with new tenants parking in the wrong spots. But issues like that are resolved pretty quickly.
It offers all the convenience of city living without having to deal with all of the hub bub of living in downtown Seattle.
