Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
The apt lies in an excellent location, close to everything: the Redmond park and ride, the river trail, Grocery stores, cinema etc. It is around 10 year old but nicely maintained. It has huge window which brings lots of light, and high ceiling also. It is a place that you can setup a cozy nice home. The price is OK, not cheap, but worth it for its goodies. I don't mind to own one like this if it is for sale. :)
