I'm long overdue in giving Chelsea Square the highest of recommendation! It's so nice that the small complex included in its beginnings a wonderful design with excellent usage of space, but the secret to its success has to be the management staff. They are exceptional. It's truly a long term relationship that they develop, with many residents making Chelsea Square their home for many years. I lived there for 9 years, moved to Seattle for 1 year, and then moved back! That must say something about the place. It's truly a quality environment.
