I have lived in Chelsea Square for over four years and am only leaving to move into the new condo I bought. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone who wants to be pampered. Pampered by the quality of construction, interior features, and especially the management. The complex manager and maintenance manager are the reason I have stayed this long. They are always available, and are very accommodating no matter the request. And the location is wonderful; right in the middle of downtown Redmond.
