Last year I chose Chelsea Square for living because it had high ratings in this website. I lived here for a year and I am overall happy with my decision. The location is very good in downtown Redmond but it comes at the cost of hearing some noise from the streets, specially from the fire fighter trucks. But I got used to that very quickly. You definitely feel safe here and management is friendly. The apartment complex is kept clean and nice.
