Garbage...... everywhere!

There is garbage everywhere and none of the tennants seem to know how to get the garbage in the dumpster. Some get close but most just toss it by the dumpster... VERY GHETTO. Garbage including furniture and ping pong tables is spilling into the green belt right behind dumpster. Noisy neighbors as well.
