Lived here for 4 months. No major complaint except the car noises from the Avondale road. It would be great if the road could be re-paved with some new materials, although this should be the goverment's responsbility.
The maintainence is good. When I moved in, They helped to solve all the issues I reported. Recently they helped me replace a microwave which often get stripped.
The best thing here is the referer reward is high: $1000.
