Overall very good, a bit pricey and noisy

I have been living here for 2 yrs and overall I like this place a lot. Very good floorplan, lots of closet space, friendly mgmt, great location with view of the lake etc.
It is a bit pricey though - about $50 - $100 more than comparable apartments because of the lakeview. Also the other main irritant is the noise level. The walls are so bad, I can almost hear my neighbors talk, shower, do laundry.... That really drives you crazy sometimes.
But overall I would still recommend this place.
