cheap place. worth the rent

Some pros:
Big master bedroom
One of the Cheapest places around
No parking problems.
Good service/responsive people
Washer dryer in unit

Cons:
Very small kitchen and no dining place
Stupid security system
No cabana/party place
somewhat noisy
