The one bedroom is small. The kitchen overlooks the living room so be sure to do the dishes everynight. No dining area and really not enough room for more than a couch, tv and a small desk.

The good side is that the maintenance crew are awesome. Very courteous and hard working keeping the place nice and clean. The management is so-so. They are very nice most of the time, but can be bossy...

The front gate SUCKS. It was the most frustrating thing about living there. I could write a book so just take my word that it absolutely stinks.

Another bad thing, be sure to NOT get a unit that has windows that overlook the side of another building. We had one and quickly realized that we had 40 windows looking in at us.

Oh, and it is noisy. We had a neighbor that literally had a punching bag setup in his living room.

Another thing I just remembered, the cops were there all the time. I don't know why, but there often seemed to be flashing lights and speeding cruisers in the parking lots.

Bottom line, you get what you pay for. A hundred bucks more a month gets you something a bit better in bellevue. We stuck it out because we were saving up for a house. Moving day was bliss.
