My rommate and I stayed here & signed a 6 month lease and were we EVER glad it was only a 6 month lease!
The cops were right at our building at least (I swear, I'm not overexaggerating this) once each week. The people below and over supposedly were making meth in their apartment. I hate making a racist comment like this, but it is known as "Little Mexico" for a reason.
Parking had a tendency to suck. You'd be lucky to get a spot near your building. We had a maintenance issue with the bathroom that the manager really couldn't care less about & it never got resolved.
Everyone who asks me about this place, I ALWAYS warn them to NOT sign ANYTHING with them!
