Timberlawn is a piece of crap, literally. The construction is very poor, the entire building shakes a little when the washing machine upstairs is on spin cycle. The windows leak air badly, the heat was always running during my stay. The bed was dirty, the appliances barely functional and the furniture old and uncomfortable. For thousands a month, forget it. I was there for corporate housing, and it was barely tolerable when it was free. The pool and spa might be nice in the summer, but they were closed when I was there. The only positive is the nice lady that works in the office, she seems to make an effort to please. If you have to pay, STAY AWAY!!!
