If you get your kicks from watching birds being shot and their lifeless bodies falling from roof tops, then this is the place for you. Bellaire's policy of dealing with pigeons is to hire some redneck to go around the complex and shot anything with wings. Worst of all, they don't tell you about it ahead of time, so you wake up in the morning to the sound of gun shots and squeaks and squalls of wounded birds. Regardless of if your an animal lover or not, the sound of not quiet dead pigeons is horrible. At least management should have the decency to warn the residents, so those with an ounce of compassion could leave while the slaughter commences. You have to chalk it up to dreadfully poor management.
