while changing managements, things won?t change never will. We should not have to refer to homes a jailcell, that is what most of us refer our homes to. I amongst others have been put under severe persecution and others alike in here. Management has made sure the discrimination in complex not to hidden or subtle. It is right in your face. People who have been defined by law as being disabled are subject to discrimination in here as well. We have tried to work with management on some severe violation of tenants rights and just because you let a diversed ethnic groups and other groups (liking working,non-working, disabled, disabled veterans)rent here. Does not mean there are not other laws to abide by in the Fair Housing Act Law. That is not how you interpert it and that trancends across the country and to try (and been successful in this so far.)to superceed Constitutional and Amendment Rights. While observing And be treated as though us veterans in particular our treated and how our money being spent is treated and overall Rating is an F. and when you go out into the community when hearing about where you live and to refrenced to the experiment first of it's kind and to see what type of experiment is going on firsthand it is ugly and many of us feel like hostages in our own homes. And because of things you can't control you don't have much of choice the streets or stay here. We have earned the right to be here. And get what was promised and paid for. They want to keep the bad element out any fortress you want to errect can be conquered. I have seen people grapple the steel door on the transit and get to the staircase and go up to the apartment level. Staff tells you it is bad in here. Staff tells unsupervised children break into his car. Please if you are a veteran don't waste your money here. Can't wait until lease is up.
Management sees serious child neglect and is reported to them and they do nothing unless they have a name. So if you like child beatings be your background music live here. Or people just pile their trash in front of the trash shoot where they could just pull it open. or unsupervised children yelling so loud outside it comes in your apartment and you can?t hear your t.v. or the person on the other end of the phone.

Or a child breaking into windows and getting in areas of the building.
