this is worst place to live in. There is no privacy here. If you want the ghetto experience move here. On the surface it looks nice and believe me when I say that looks can be deceiving. If you like hearing the trash man come at 6:00 after a night of your neighbors keeping you up and actually many nights your neighbors keep you up. And get 4a.m. wake up calls every morning with the disrespetful person upstairs then this would be the place for you. where garfitti covers elevator doors and have to explain the filth that is being spelled out here,if you don't mind that as well as and hearing children being neglected with no intervention and if that doesn't bother you well this place is for you. I wouldn't even let a dog be subjected to even have to live here. If this is the mayor's experiment and wants to get graded for this well I know that me and other tenants would give it a resounding F for failure. And remember that ole saying buyer be beware well I am warning you. Because if you come here and get deceived like the rest of us don't say I didn't warn you.

This is a terrible place to live if you are a family and have kids. Your neighbors are rude, and I myself felt one of them are very racist to us. As a family with little kids, we cannot help the noise the kids making during normal active time. But this racist people who unfortunately live downstair, keep on banging his ceiling, scared my kids and even make me very stressfull. I was pregnant at those horrible time, and because of his rude behaviour, I have to go under a lot of non-stress test at the obgyn clinic and the situation is not healthy for me as pregnant woman and my future baby.
