I have lived here for 10 months and nothing has changed from the day I moved in here. I have had the Redmond cops about the child abuse that I see and hear on daily basis. He responded with "Some of these kids are not in good situatiions." when asked what he was doing about it no response. So much for serve and protect for you. Everyday for more than sixteen hours you are subject to whiny screaming unattended children. Alot of the parents just send their children outside so they can get their break but they sure don't think about what aggrevation they are causing the rest of the tenants. Management is crap when you go in to get the situation resolved you get no response. Having to be up all night because the tenant above you is making noise and no response from management but a bbunch of excuses. Well big piece of advice if you are hardworking, sick, elderly, disabled and looking for a place to heal this is not it. So after reading this and still decide to move here and have a bad experience well let me be the one to tell you I told you so. If you want to see disgusting things and actions out of adults then this would be the place for you.
