I've read through all the reviews on this place and most of the things people are complaining about have nothing to do with the management or apartment complex. I have lived here for 4 months and I admit I have played my music a little too loud. The management got the complaint and was at my apartment that night with me and made sure it was resolved. The management has been nothing but friendly and helpful to me. When I have a problem they do whatever it takes to help me. Sure you see the redmond police here a lot but they come here to check on the place and make sure its safe. This is no where near ghetto. For those of you who described this place as ghetto, obviously you've never been to New York City. I do have some complaints. The elevators are extremely slow at times and management could do something about the graffiti. The people above me do make a lot of noise. I have heard parents screaming at their kids. But not once have I seen kids breaking windows, people climbing over fences, drug deals, shootings or anything else like that. The cops and fire department are not out here everyday. I've seen the fire department here maybe 3 times since I've lived here and that was because either a fire alarm was going off or the parking lot smelled like gas. I think this is a great place to live. I would recommend it to anyone and I have
