Not a bad place to live

I have read all of these reviews, and think they are horribly exagerrated. I will admit that when one person said it is incredibly hot, that is true. Even in the cold winter, with 20 degrees out, I still have to sleep with my window open. As for noise, I never hear anything. There have only been maybe one or two times in the year that I have lived here that I have heard any loud speaking or music. Kids do play outside, but it's not in a neglected, dangerous manner. The place is beautiful inside, is fairly quiet, and inexpensive. I would reccommend living here.
