Horrible place to live

I agree with the review from 8-11-02. The buildings smell like garbage from the trash chutes. Residents leave shopping carts all over the parking areas and in the buildings. There are a million unsupervised children running around screaming all day. The elevators are the slowest I have ever been in. I'll be gone after only a 6 month lease. This place is a ghetto.
