crummy experience

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Overall I thought management was horrible--their attitude was dispicable and I wonder how their corporate company trains them. I'm not talking about one or two staff members--it's everybody there that just gave me a horrible experience.

The layout wasn't so great after living there for several months. Without the balconies, I thought it felt too closed-in.
