Village at Overlake Station
< | >
I went through the whole screening process and got all the way to the "APPROVED" status but needed to find a co-signer. I just moved to Washington from Ohio not too long ago, so what I want to know is how I'm supposed to find someone that makes over $3960 a month. According to their little, "Application Process," if you get approved, or even get approved with a co-signer or increased deposit, you forfeit the original deposit. It's a scam, all they have to do is approve you with a co-signer and then wish you the best of luck to find someone that is basically rich in 24 hours or you don't get the place and don't get your $300 back either. This is crap.
Sincerely,
Mike
