I would highly recommended the The Village at Overlake Station to friends and family. I have read most of the reviews on this complex and do not feel that this community is getting a fair review. People seem to forget they are choosing to live in a apartment complex, and like every apartment complex it has its little issues. People must remember that when living in a complex with neighbors just a wall away, their is bound to be some noise on occasion, and kids will be kids.

The buildings are well maintained by a courteous and friendly staff. Parking is ample and well lit thus making it a secure parking area.

So if you are looking for a affordable place on the eastside, I would recommend The Viallage at Overlake Station.

The only thing that you have to watch out for here, is the old biter grumpy group that like to walk around hating their life's and trying to bring others down. (The same group that left -reviews)
