Horrible Management

I am getting out of here next month but would not advise livbing here. They care about collecting your money but won't apologize or do anything about issues you bring up. So far I had a noise complaint but later found out it was not me but someone else and they did nothing. They just kept sending me noise compliants threatening to evict me. They did not investigate. I had to go over to the apt. that was making the compliant and found out who it was - I told the Mananger and she tells me "Oh, it wasn't a man and a woman" I received no apology or anything. I later complained about people coming to my apt. in the middle of the night knocking for 10 min. I didn't answer. I called my apt that night & left a message with my full name and apt #. I later get a letter saying they could not address the issue because I didn't leave my name or apt. #....they LIED. I didn't bother to deal w/it. Just last week I had a package sent to me but they SENT it back to UPS because it didn't have my name. They will not leave the package at your door or inside your apt...unlike other apt. complexes. They don't apologize for anything. The manager Brooke Hayes is very rude and they don't have any customer service experience. They rather not deal w/your problems. I am so glad to be out of here. The only good thing was the rent $950/2 bedroom but no washer/dryer. Everything is slow. Don't waste your time!!!!
