I lived here a little over a year ago and was very happy I did. I wasn't making much money at the time and was so grateful to be able to come home to a great apartment. This place actually made me feel like things weren't as bad as they were for me money wise. The management does a great job of up keep and was always willing to help me out the best they could. With every apartment complex there are pros and cons since so many differnt people live in one small place. So here are some of the pros and cons from my stay.
Pros:
-Like New Interior
-Security Access Only
-Very Affordable Rent
-FREE Hot Water, Sewer & Garbage
-Great East Side Location
-Bus Stop @ Your Front Door
-If You Have A Noise Issue The Redmond Police Will Come To Help
Cons:
-No Washer Dryer In Unit...Taking my wash to the onsite laundry room wasn't fun.
-Noise...during the summer time people like to hang outside alot til late hours.
-OMG THIS PLACE GET SO HOTT DURING THE SUMMER! NO JOKE! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FANS!!!
