I have lived her for 2yrs while i am getting my AA at BCC. This apartment complex has been a wonderful place to call home. The staff has been so nice bending over backwards to make sure you are taken care of. The grounds are kept up really nicely, no trash, landscaped lawns and hedging. Lots of parking, very affordable, and nice interiors. I lived in Seattle for 6mo. in a low income Apartment(Overlake is Low income)and had many bad experiences, regarding drugs, fires, my car was broken into. But at Overlake you would never know it was low income. Especially for the East side it is hard to find something that can be afforded on a students budget! I would suggest this place to anyone!
