Apartments are very old brick with some new cracks in the last earthquake, single pane windows, old ungrounded outlets,(two hole) ancient electric baseboard heaters. Both entrances are very steep like a 10% grade. Ten minute drive to Seattle. Convienent location,walking distance to Fred Myers, Safeway, Dunkin Donuts, and the train tracks.
