Parking is nice but the garage door does stay open for like 5 minutes after your car enters the garage, which i blame for getting my car broken into and my windows busted out...Other than than there are two garages which is nice and plenty of parking but for some reason i pay $75 for one spot buy my roomate only has to pay $50. Noise...there is not a lot of noise actually and most people respect the quiet hours. Grounds, well there really are no grounds to speak of... safety...well let's see i have lived here a year and had my car broken into while it was in the secured access garage...the party room has had its plasma tv stolen right off of the wall, as did the fitness center and it is downtown renton and close the the metro transit center so it can get pretty gross out after dark.... but in the daytime its pretty low key....construction is brand new but after year the faux hard wood floor bulge up and the window sills are bubbling up, door handles fall off and you have to repair them but other than that everything is put together pretty soundly...maintenance is not bad at all...think we've had like a leaky fauces when we first moved in and they repaired it with in 24 hrs...staff...umm lets see its only been 13 months and we've had 3 different managers..that seems odd to me...first lady was nice and so was her partner, we now have two gentlemen and they are cordial but not overly friendly. Overall its a nice place to live but wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much money for Renton, WA way too much!!!!!!!
