I have been living at 95 Burnett for about 10 months now, and have seen a few manager come and go. Our new manager is great. He is friendly, very helpful, knows how to do his job, fair with everyone, and is a good problem solver.
Best of all though is that he has treats for both residents and pets in his office.
When I take my lab for a walk, when we come in the front door he pulls me into the leasing office so Robin can give him a treat.
When I went out of town for a few days, our new manager offered to watch and walk my lab while I was away. Like I said, customer service is definately a focus here now.
Check it out, I think you would be very happy here if you decided to live here.
