Do you like hiking' Long walks' Exercising as soon as you get home' Then this is definitely the place for you, because you can look forward to a LONG walk home from your parking space, if you can find one. Parking is an absolute NIGHTMARE, and the staff doesn't really seem to care. Neither do any of the ground floor residents, as they all, for some unknown reason, get a free reserved spot, even though they pay the least rent. All covered spots are already taken by residents who seem to want to park anywhere but in their own spot. Another 15% of the spots are handicapped, for another unknown reason since I haven't seen a huge handicapped population here, leaving the rest of the residents to fight over the few remaining spots. Don't get me wrong, this is a very, very nice property and the units are spectacular. But as nice as the units are, the parking situation is equally bad. If you make the mistake of moving here, you may very well come home from a hard days work and not have a place to park on the property. This has happened to me several times. And the worst part is that most of the time, the only available spots seem to be those at the very back corner of the property, where you can look forward to not only a long walk, but a long walk through the darkest, least safe part of the property.
