As a resident at Alexan I was VERY happy with the complex. The staff are helpful, and timely for requests. The grounds are always immaculately kept, and the complex itself is very well built. The Townhomes are all three story, witheither 1 or 2 car tandom garage as the first story. All townhomes have AT LEAST room to park one car in the driveway, some have room for 2. Backed by a great green belt behind, and Gene Coulon park in front.
It should be noted that the parking issue is ONLY a small issue, and only applies to flat renters. That is why I rated the parking a 4. All townhouses have ample parking between driveways and garages. Most of the parking issues stem from townhome renters abusing parking with thier cars. The staff are working hard to resolve the parking for the flats, with reserved spaces, and garages.
I would recommend this complex to anyone. You definately get what you pay for!!
