Oh my god don?t rent here!!!!
The handle for our toilet fell off nine months ago and has never been fixed. We made several requests but they can?t seem to find a new part for the toilet. I guess replacing the toilet is just out of the question. Our dryer squeeks and shuts off if it gets too hot. We can?t use one of our electrical outlets due to a burning smell and smoke coming out of it when we did try to use it. It was only looked at and never fixed. The front burner on the stove is broken and was supposed to be fixed three months ago, never has been fixed. We had a clog in our bathtub. We made requests four times to have the clog removed. It took two weeks until they finally cleaned out the drain, while we had to take showers standing in six inches of cold, gray and very dirty five day old water. When you put in a work order it takes much longer than 48 hours to get anything done. Our carpet has to be the original carpet that was put in when these apartments were built. I won?t walk on it without shoes. There is paint all over the fireplace, windows and trim. The corners of the walls have large chips of drywall and paint missing. Loud music and people yelling on the weekends is a huge problem. At 1 or 2 am the bass in the cars is so loud it shakes your apartment. Parking is a nightmare!!!! And the pool is the size of a bathtub!! They pay a man to stand out on a curb with a "Mattress store" type of sine on...OMG I am soooooo embarrassed for these people. What a joke!!!! I WILL NEVER RENEW MY LEASE.....This place looks nice and GOD HELP YOU WHEN YOU MOVE IN!!!!
