First of all, the mgmt is really difficult to deal with. Our carpeting was strectched from day one, and in desperate need of replacement, but of course, we didn?t get new and had to pay for it at the end. Our toilet was very hard to use because it would back up ALL THE TIME. We had to maintenance three times. I lived in a 2 bed 2 bath, and it was generally spacious. Closets weren?t the biggest, but it was liveable. Overall, I expected more for the $1400 rent payment. Moving out was hell, good luck getting any of your deposit back. We cleaned head to toe and ended up getting charged for 11 hours of cleaning. Seriously, that is a day and a half of nothing but cleaning, we were all very neat and clean girls.

Overall, looks nice on the outside, but has had it?s wear and tear on the inside, not as nice as it could be. Probably easy to find the same quality for hundreds less.
