We moved into Alexan June 2003. My husband is very picky. We looked at many communities. We both found the Alexan in good condition and the grounds well kept. Plus we both like being close to Lake Washington and the park. We haven't had any major problems. We live in the back of the complex in a 3 bdrm/2 ba European flat. We honestly don't hear noise from the other tenants. It feels like we are in our own home. We are fortunate enough to have a parking space that came with our apartment. Anytime we have had a maintenance issue it has been taken care of that day. If I call after hours they fix the problem the next day. The maintenance staff is great. Especially, Wes he is always so friendly and willing to help. The office staff they are great. Heather, Gale and Diane have always been nice and have assisted us with any problems we have had. I would recommend Alexan Lake Washington apartments to anyone. We have enjoyed living here.
