This place is definitely not all it is cracked up to be. First of all the place is cute to an extent. The layout and floorplans have a smidgen of charm but thats where it all begins and ends. The management has a serious problem dealing with its tenants. Prospective tenants NEED to read the fine print on their lease. Those people at the office are not receptive to complaints and seem to be on top of only one issue: collecting rent at the first of the month. Parking is absolutely terrible and that needs to be considered when moving here. I had problems with leaks, noise, nasty carpet, and of all things mice or critters in the walls (you can hear them at night crawling in the walls and trying to chew on the wood to get through or''). Management was very rude to me when I called to see if they could do anything about it AND the noise resonating from my neighbors place. I am the most level headed and soft spoken person in the world and SOMEONE was really disrespectful to me on the telephone. I have concluded that the high rent is definitely not worth the trouble. You dont get what you pay for here thats for sure. Best of luck to anyone living here or considering moving here. ADDITIONALLY, the office is known to post their KIND words on this website.
