This is a fine property with a responsive staff. The few maintenance issues I have inquired about (minor non-emergency things) were handled that day or the next, and I always got a follow up phone call asking about the service.
Don't be fooled by those reviews complaining about parking and service. Parking is a problem at almost all complexes...get over it! IT'S AN APARTMENT COMPLEX! As for the other complaint, for the most part, I chalk them up to folks who don't like being told something they don't want to hear and are spoiled, fussy, demanding, arrogant eastsiders!
Nice place...nice people...nice location.
