On the positive side, and to be fair, the grounds are taken care of, and the complex feels pretty safe. Gene Coulon park access is great.
On the not so great side, the buildings have almost no soundproofing, so be prepared to listen to everything your adjacent neighbors do. *Everything*.
Parking is atrocious. If you like to have guests, look elsewhere. And no, don't believe them when they say there's guest parking at either ends of the lot, there usually isn't. Just have your guests park in the fire lane and hope they don't send a tow truck.
Rents are on the high-side, you're supposedly paying for the location on the lake. Whether a couple of grand over a year for walking distance to the lake is worth it is up to you.
