Parking is a serious problem

Now I know why everyone complains about the parking. I went to view these aparments on a weekend and couldn't find a place to park to go into the office. The "Future Resident" parking spots were full. I thought maybe they were people viewing apartments so I left and came back 2 hours later and the same cars were in the same spot. I wonder how many "Future Residents" were lost due to not enforcing the parking rules''
