I read through several reviews. I don't agree with the ones that critize the current office staff. Could somethings be improved, yes. But this is best office staff this complex has had in the 3.5 years I've lived here. The people that are dissatisfied at the office staff, must not have been here during the previous two managers. those two were at best incompetent on their good days. The residents that angery are probably the ones that can't follow the complex rules and get busted. Keep up the good work.
